WE ARE THE BLUE WATER AREA'S LANDLORD SPECIALISTS

The Port Huron Area Landlord Association (PHALA) is an association for individuals who are serious about becoming successful landlords. We are the Port Huron Area’s most active and respected Landlord Association with the support of many local businesses and organizations. We believe in keeping an open dialogue with local government officials and other agencies pertaining to our business. Check out our Vacancy Listings for Port Huron Area Apartment Rentals and House Rentals.

Speakers at our monthly meetings include:

  • District Judges
  • Attorneys
  • Accountants
  • Government Officials
  • Local Law Enforcement

  • We also have representatives share with us from organizations, such as:

  • Port Huron Housing (Section 8)
  • MSHDA Choice Voucher Program
  • Community Action Agency (CAA)
  • Safe Horizons
  • Sacred Heart
  • Department of Human Services (DHS)

  • We have round table discussions where Landlords can get answers to just about every question they have about the business. As a member of PHALA, we encourage you to contact a Board Member if you have questions about your personal business. If we don’t have the answer, we will get it!

We are a very diverse membership with members from St. Clair, Macomb and Sanilac Counties, Canada…and even as far away as California! We have members who have a single house, upward of 100 units…with little experience, up to 40 years of experience!

The Landlord Business is not complicated as long as you have an educated support system. Join today! Membership dues are only $50/year.
